PLEASE READ ***** VERY IMPORTANT. All prices are non-negotiable and priced individually for your cake as requested.

No orders will be accepted unless you agree to those terms.
We have a no refund policy in place, all monies paid transfers to a credit note and can be transferred to a new date, a new quote will be provided for the new date.
Wedding Cake bookings:
Weddings require £100 to save your date. The balance and final details are due no later than 4 weeks before the required date. Non payment will assume the order is no longer required. It is the customers responsibility to pay by the correct date. Should you need to amend your date please let me know as soon as possible so I can check availability. If I am not available a credit note will be issued and can be used within 12 months of the required date and a new quote will need to be provided
Celebration cakes:
Full payment is required to confirm your booking and save your date. Your required date will be held for 48 hours, if payment is not made within this time the date will be released. Please ensure you are able to collect your order at the agreed time during business hours 9-5pm Monday-Friday. Exceptions may apply, please do not assume I am available outside of stated business hours. Should you need to cancel your order a credit note will be issued and can be used within 12 months of the original booked date and a new quote will need to be provided
Classes:
Full payment is required to book and confirm your date. If you cannot attend once the class date has been confirmed please let me know asap and payment will be transferred to a new date.

Due to copyright law trademarked logos/labels etc cannot be copied during a class or on any cake orders

AN EMAIL ADDRESS & TELEPHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. All details must be given no later than 4 weeks before collection date. I will no longer be chasing for these as it is your responsibility. Enquiry dates will be held for 48 hrs and then will be released again. If payment is not made by the requested date then the order is regarded as not required. Should you have any problems paying the balance at the required time please speak to me.
Bookings may be postponed/rescheduled depending on extreme circumstances & my availability. Please let me know of any changes asap. Cancellations may incur an admin fee to cover costs of my time & tasters etc provided at initial appointment and any work/items already started. Prices quoted do not include delivery. Any changes to your order must be made in writing & may incur an extra charge. Each cake is made individually completely by hand; therefore, some variations will occur from the design requested from another.

All allergies must be given in writing in advance. This is a working kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten & eggs etc on a regular basis so please consider the risk before you book. Some cakes will contain inedible items and must be removed before consumption, you will be provided with a written advisory note when you collect. Your order is baked to ensure it is as fresh as possible for the date of collection.
All cakes are completely made from natural ingredients with little or no additives or preservatives that extend shelf life so please treat your order as a fresh item to be consumed as early as possible. It becomes the purchasers responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to, I will not liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame stated or if they are stored in an incorrect manner.

Your cake must be collected at the agreed time and day or any monies paid will be forfeited. Once collected the order becomes your responsibility and I will not be held responsible for any damage incurred once it leaves the premises. You will be advised how to transport your order before you leave and on the information slip. It is the customers responsibility to ensure everything is correct before accepting the order.

Classes will commence & finish at the scheduled times. Please arrive 10 minutes before as class will start promptly at the scheduled time. Classes may run over or be shorter depending on student ability so please consider this when making travel arrangements. To book a class the full amount is required, please read classes page for terms on cancellations/postponements. If the baker needs to cancel or change times/dates as much notice as possible will be given and the customer can decide what they'd like to do and will not incur a loss

I reserve the right to photograph all orders and during classes for social media etc. I will also photograph/video your order before delivery/collection for our own reference. We will not publicize any photographs until your occasion has passed.
